REVISIONS POLICY

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions during the design and formatting phase prior to client approval. These include reasonable edits to layout, content placement, or formatting style. Once final approval is given or the book is published, any post-publication revisions will incur a $350 fee per round.

Note: The definition of a “minor revision” is left to Wins Publishing LLC’s discretion. We always aim for fairness and client satisfaction.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is due upfront before any work begins.

All payments are processed securely via our accepted payment methods.

Refund Policy: If a project is canceled before work begins, a 50% refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Wins Publishing LLC.

We kindly encourage you to be confident in your decision before submitting payment, as our team begins working promptly and with great care upon receipt. We operate with integrity and transparency at every stage, with the sole intention of serving you—not taking advantage.

Limitations of Service

We do not offer branding, advertising, or marketing strategy services. We do not guarantee book sales, reviews, or performance on Amazon or any other platform. Clients are solely responsible for promoting and marketing their book after delivery. In the “Done-For-You Package,” all books are published through the client’s personal Amazon KDP account.

If choosing the Done-For-You Package, clients must securely share their KDP login for publishing purposes. We strongly recommend changing your password after completion.

Liability & Copyright

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or material they provide are original or properly licensed. Wins Publishing LLC is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from client-submitted material. All books produced by Wins Publishing use original artwork, hand-drawn illustrations, intellectual property of Wins Publishing staff, or commercially safe AI-generated content.

Publishing Through Amazon KDP

All books are published through the client’s personal Amazon KDP account. We do not use any other publishing platforms. Clients will need to set up and verify their Amazon KDP account using required credentials and provide login information for the purpose of uploading publications. Wins Publishing promises to keep this information secure and will use it strictly for the upload process. It is highly recommended that clients change their login details once the book has been published.

Upon final delivery or publication, full rights and ownership of the book are transferred to the client. Wins Publishing retains no rights to your content once books have been published. Please note that Amazon KDP takes a percentage of each book sale. We strongly encourage clients to thoroughly read Amazon’s Terms of Service to ensure full understanding of their rights, royalties, and obligations.

At the end of the Amazon KDP publishing process, clients have the option to order a
“Not for Resale” copy of their book. This copy is for proofing purposes only and is not intended for resale. The client will be responsible for the cost, which includes Amazon’s printing cost and delivery fees only.
